- Salesperson meets installer on job to answer any questions
- Installer completes Quality Control sheet, noting any additional materials needed to finish installation
- Salesperson follows up on Quality Control sheet before placing an order for additional materials
- Service department will send qualified technicians to complete the job
- Technician returns work order back to the service department
- Salesperson will go back and do another walk through the job site and speak with the builder or homeowner to ensure complete satisfaction
